The Perennial Heart was founded by two coaches whose paths converge at the intersection of emotional healing and human potential.
Our combined experience spans across neuroscience coaching, somatic attachment therapy, polyvagal-informed practices, Olympic-level sports coaching, organizational culture design, psychological safety, and mindfulness-based leadership. This blend of backgrounds allows us to approach healing and growth from multiple angles, understanding both the deeply personal work of trauma recovery and the relational dynamics that shape how we show up in the world.
